Next Cohort Begins: Oct 19, 2026
You've already made a vow that the toxic patterns end with you.
Â
You've done the therapy, the yoga, the meditation, the plant medicines. You can name your wounds, trace them back to your mother, your father, every past lover.
And yet you find yourself rewriting the same patterns in love and pleasure. Shutting down in conflict. Saying yes when your body is screaming no.
Performing pleasure you don't fully feel — or chasing it desperately in the arms of someone else — hungry for the aliveness you haven't yet found inside yourself.
You have the awareness. And it's still happening.
You grab the vibrator for a quickie. Rushing your own self-touch because the intimacy feels too confronting. Or refusing to go there altogether.
The change doesn’t live in your understanding. It lives in your flesh. In the parts you were taught to abandon, avoid, rush past, and shame.Â
Bookmarked in your body, nestled right next to unseen pain — all of you is waiting to be read.
And now you feel ready to become fluent in the language of your body…
What Is Included?
She Remembers is a 12-week hands-on somatic program designed to guide women back into their bodies through self-pleasure. To feel more sensual, alive, embodied — and fall madly in love with themselves.Â
Private & Group Coaching Sessions
12 total zoom calls guided by Shauntel over the course of 3 months. A combination of (9) private, trauma-informed sessions guided at your pace through the emotional, somatic, and relational themes arising in your body — and (3) group rituals and ceremonies to connect in sisterhood. So you have personalized guidance at every step — not another teaching to translate into your real life by yourself.
Online Learning Portal
Lifetime access to audios, video teachings, workbooks, journal prompts, and integration practices — organized by the six phases of your journey so you always know where you are and what comes next. The portal is your between-session support — a place to deepen, integrate, and return to the tools whenever your body needs them.
Self-Pleasure Practices
Body mapping, self-pleasure rituals, nervous system tools, and other somatic practices to help you listen to your body with safety, consent, and presence. These practices are never sexually performative — they are always self-led, exploratory, and done entirely in the privacy of your own space. So your body becomes a place of communication, not avoidance.
Private Community & Alumni Access
You will be held in a private space with women walking a similar path throughout the program. After you have completed the journey, you will receive three month complimentary access to my alumni community. So the work does not disappear when the container closes — it continues to root into your life.
Guest Experts & Teachers
Guest experts and teachers join to expand the curriculum beyond our weekly work together. Past and potential topics include womb care, herbalism, earth-based feminine traditions, cycle awareness, conscious sexuality, ancestral healing, nervous system tools, and creative expression practices. So your journey is enriched by a diverse range of wisdom.
Personal Body Scripture Collection
Throughout the program you will write, reflect, and create from what your body reveals. By the end you will have your own personal collection of writings, poetry, insights, and remembrance — a record of the woman you came home to. So the transformation becomes something you can hold, return to, and share.
Write a love story with your body.

Kathleen Schaffer: "My favorite thing about this program was learning how to love myself and being able to say I love me. I am amazing, I am great, I am all these things."
Jade Robinson:  “I no longer feel overwhelmed in difficult moments because I have tools that bring me back to myself. I’ve tried talking therapy and while it helped in ways, this felt different. In a shorter amount of time, we went deeper. It wasn’t just conversations, it was real and honest. I felt less in my head and more in my body and heart. More than anything, she reminded me of who I am."
Griselle De La Vega: "I have had the pleasure of working in two different group cycles, each one being incredibly transformative. With many life changes and challenges happening at the same time, I needed and craved a safe space to lean into myself. My favorite thing was how accessible and tangible the information and practices are. It's a safe space free of judgment and allows you to show up as you are, meeting you where you are at. She helps plant seeds in yourself and creates sacred devotion that will last a lifetime."
Talia Branger: “I uncovered profound insights, healed parts of myself I long ignored. One of the most powerful moments was exploring the magic of womanhood, our cycles, and the wisdom within our bodies—a reminder of how sacred and powerful we really are. If you feel stuck, disconnected, or ready to reclaim your self worth, this is where your journey begins. I’m forever grateful for this experience and the sisterhood it brought into my life.”Â
Harika Kondru: “I always thought I already loved and appreciated myself but I realized that wasn’t true after working with Shauntel. For the first time in a long time, I’m learning how to truly love myself, my mind, my body, and my journey. I feel like I am more connected to myself and see myself, my worth, and embrace my wholeness. I suggest trying coaching with her if therapy is not working for you.”

The love you have been seeking has been waiting inside your own body.
Apply NowNot in the next partner. Or the one you have. Not in another book, another modality, another conversation about the wound. Not in becoming more healed, more desirable, more ready. Inside the body you have been taught to abandon is the woman you have been trying to become — her pleasure, her voice, her boundaries, her softness, her rage, her grief, her knowing, her love. You are not missing anything. You are just waiting to be remembered. And if you are ready to stop searching outside yourself and begin the most intimate love story of your life — this is your invitation.
