Are you ready to come home to yourself?

You've done the work.

And made a vow that the toxic patterns end with you.

You've tried therapy, yoga, meditation, maybe even plant medicine. You can name your trauma wounds, trace them back to your mother, your father, every past lover.

And yet you keep repeating the same patterns in love, sex, and intimacy.

Shutting down when you really want to open.
Leaving your body during sex when you ache to be fully there.
Saying yes when you want to scream no.
Numbing and rushing when you crave to slow down and feel what's underneath.

When it comes to your own pleasure…

It doesn't feel that important. You rush through with the vibrator. Same touch, same route, same outcome.

Or maybe you don't go there at all.

You have the awareness. And it's still happening.

The change doesn't live in more understanding. It lives in your flesh — your breasts, genitals, womb.

The parts you were taught to abandon, avoid, shame.

But now you feel ready to become fluent in the language of your body.

You sense there has to be more — to life, to pleasure, to love.

You feel yourself reaching for it.

You search for answers in the mythical and spiritual.

You've heard about the mysteries of the womb. Pleasure's role in the magic of manifestation. The way sex can touch the sacred.

But you're done learning from the outside in.

You want to know the truth from your own embodied experience.

You are ready to go where a partner cannot take you and a book cannot teach you.

Down into a body that remembers everything you were taught to forget — to discover that your own hands can guide you deeper than you have ever gone.

You know you're here to feel fully alive.

To surrender and open all the way to life, trusting her to remind you who you're meant to be.

To make slow, sacred love to yourself. Free in your erotic expression.

And share it all with a lover — without leaving yourself behind.

 Pleasure is a doorway in...

Into the body you have been avoiding. The emotions you have buried. The desires you have silenced. The boundaries you have struggled to voice.

Into the parts of you that learned love meant abandoning yourself.

Inside She Remembers you will build an intimate, devoted relationship with your body so you can stop searching outside yourself for what your body has been waiting to give you.

And truly mean it — for the first time — when you say: I love myself.

What Is Included?

Intimate Weekly Live Calls

16 live Zoom calls guided by Shauntel across 13 weeks — including special sessions with guest teachers. Each call is 90 minutes and recorded, so you never fall behind. Each week, you'll gather in sisterhood to descend deeper into the body — a blend of group coaching, where you bring your questions from the online portal, and guided embodiment rituals, ceremonies, and practices.

Online Learning Portal

Lifetime access to audio and video teachings, workbooks, journal prompts, and integration practices — including all future updates, so the portal keeps growing and stays yours for good.
Learn in your own time, integrate in the live calls. The portal holds the teachings so our live calls can be spent on what matters most: practice, connection, and being witnessed. It's your between-session support — a place to learn, deepen, and return to when you need it.

Somatic & Pleasure Practices

Body mapping, self-pleasure practices, nervous system tools, and embodiment rituals that turn understanding into experience. They support you to start listening to your body with safety, consent, and presence — so the change finally lands in your body, not just your mind.

Private Community & Alumni Access

Throughout the program, you'll be held in a private space with women walking the same path — a place to share, ask, and be witnessed between our calls.
When the journey completes, you'll receive three months' complimentary access to my alumni community, so the work doesn't disappear when the container closes. It keeps rooting into your life.

Kathleen Schaffer: "My favorite thing about this program was learning how to love myself and being able to say I love me. I am amazing, I am great, I am all these things."

Jade Robinson:  “I no longer feel overwhelmed in difficult moments because I have tools that bring me back to myself. I’ve tried talking therapy and while it helped in ways, this felt different. In a shorter amount of time, we went deeper. It wasn’t just conversations, it was real and honest. I felt less in my head and more in my body and heart. More than anything, she reminded me of who I am."

Griselle De La Vega: "I have had the pleasure of working in two different group cycles, each one being incredibly transformative. With many life changes and challenges happening at the same time, I needed and craved a safe space to lean into myself. My favorite thing was how accessible and tangible the information and practices are. It's a safe space free of judgment and allows you to show up as you are, meeting you where you are at. She helps plant seeds in yourself and creates sacred devotion that will last a lifetime."

This Is For You If...

  • You're ready to explore self-pleasure as a form of shadow work — transforming your erotic patterns and deepening your pleasure, with yourself and others.
  • You want to build an intimate relationship with your body — your womb, your breasts, your genitals — and learn to hear its wisdom through touch.
  • You long to cultivate a devoted self-pleasure practice — a ritual of connection and presence with your own body.
  • You're ready to take full responsibility for yourself — to hold the full range of your emotions, honor your pleasure, and show up for yourself with consistency.
  • You're ready for inner union — to become your own best lover, and build the foundation for conscious love, knowing the work begins with you.

This is not for you if...

  • You're looking for a quick fix, or you want someone to heal you rather than guide you back to yourself.
  • You're in acute crisis or actively processing fresh trauma without other support in place. (This work goes deep — you deserve stable ground first, and I'm happy to point you toward it.)
  • You want to fix a partner, or you're here because someone else thinks you should be.
  • You're not ready to actually practice — to show up for yourself between our calls, consistently.

Meet Your Guide

I'm Shauntel. Somatic sexologist. Pleasure activist.

I know what it feels like to be a stranger to yourself.

Nobody taught me what it meant to feel safe in my female body. Quite young, I experienced a series of sexual assaults that disconnected me from my pleasure, desire, and body.

I learned early that feeling was shameful.

It followed me into adulthood. I drowned in busyness and achievement. I lost myself in relationships, replicating what I'd watched between my parents — abandoning my own needs, my sacred no, letting in men who didn't know how to love me.

Truth is, I didn't know how to love myself.

I tried everything — therapy, breathwork, meditation, plant medicine. I became fluent in my own wounds.

And I still repeated the same patterns.

It took me over a decade to understand that the stories writing my love life weren't living in my mind. They were living in my body.

I still remember the first time I touched my own body again without rushing. At first, pleasure felt unbearably far away — so I began with simple caress, until it felt safe to want more. No vibrator. Just silence, my hands, and whatever was waiting for me there. I hesitated. Trembled. Wept.

I kept showing up, choosing to stay by my side — until I could hold through it all.

Touch guided me into my body's stories. And there, where I least expected it, was the love I'd been searching for everywhere else.

The love I had been searching for everywhere else was already living in my body.

I was made of the love I had been seeking.

This is when She Remembers was born.

I do not guide women with this work from a pedestal but from the body of a woman who had to come back for herself, piece by piece.

Talia Branger: “I uncovered profound insights, healed parts of myself I long ignored. One of the most powerful moments was exploring the magic of womanhood, our cycles, and the wisdom within our bodies—a reminder of how sacred and powerful we really are. If you feel stuck, disconnected, or ready to reclaim your self worth, this is where your journey begins. I’m forever grateful for this experience and the sisterhood it brought into my life.”

Harika Kondru: “I always thought I already loved and appreciated myself but I realized that wasn’t true after working with Shauntel. For the first time in a long time, I’m learning how to truly love myself, my mind, my body, and my journey. I feel like I am more connected to myself and see myself, my worth, and embrace my wholeness. I suggest trying coaching with her if therapy is not working for you.”

Not in the next partner. Or the one you have. Not in another book, another modality, another conversation about the wound. Not in becoming more healed, more desirable, more ready. Inside the body you have been taught to abandon is the woman you have been trying to become — her pleasure, her voice, her boundaries, her softness, her rage, her grief, her knowing, her love. You are not missing anything. You are just waiting to be remembered. And if you are ready to stop searching outside yourself and begin the most intimate love story of your life — this is your invitation.
